近(jin)期,榮成石島水發供熱有限公司(si)組織開展板式換熱器(qi)堵(du)塞故障(zhang)應急演練,切實提(ti)高公司(si)應對供熱突發故障(zhang)的組織指揮、快速(su)響應及(ji)處(chu)置能(neng)力(li)。
本次供(gong)熱(re)專項應急(ji)演(yan)練打(da)破以往傳統演(yan)練模(mo)式(shi)(shi),以石(shi)島區域管(guan)網(wang)實際情況(供(gong)熱(re)管(guan)網(wang)建(jian)設年久且受海洋氣候影響逐年腐蝕老化嚴(yan)重,在(zai)運行過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)時有(you)(you)漏(lou)點出現,管(guan)網(wang)搶修(xiu)24小時負(fu)責制)為依托(tuo),在(zai)演(yan)練過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)假設出現供(gong)熱(re)管(guan)網(wang)突發泄(xie)漏(lou)情況,影響正常供(gong)熱(re),演(yan)練人員在(zai)趕往板式(shi)(shi)換熱(re)器清(qing)洗現場的(de)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),采取AB角轉換的(de)模(mo)式(shi)(shi),原有(you)(you)板換清(qing)洗隊(dui)伍立即就(jiu)近投入管(guan)網(wang)泄(xie)漏(lou)現場,替補隊(dui)員立即支(zhi)援應急(ji)演(yan)練現場,迅速投入到(dao)板式(shi)(shi)換熱(re)器清(qing)洗搶修(xiu)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)當中(zhong),以實戰鍛(duan)煉(lian)一支(zhi)召之即來、戰之必勝的(de)應急(ji)搶修(xiu)隊(dui)伍。
演練(lian)過(guo)程中(zhong),模擬供(gong)(gong)熱(re)期間石島新城(cheng)區(qu)新城(cheng)廠區(qu)站內板(ban)式換熱(re)器發(fa)生(sheng)堵塞故障,應(ying)急(ji)指揮部接(jie)到(dao)“險情(qing)”后,迅(xun)速(su)啟動(dong)應(ying)急(ji)預案,協調應(ying)急(ji)救(jiu)援(yuan)力量展開救(jiu)援(yuan)行動(dong)...... 從中(zhong)控(kong)室值(zhi)班(ban)人員發(fa)現新城(cheng)廠區(qu)站換熱(re)機組運行參數異常(一級管(guan)網供(gong)(gong)回(hui)水(shui)溫差(cha)變小、二(er)級管(guan)網供(gong)(gong)回(hui)水(shui)溫度偏(pian)低等),到(dao)管(guan)網搶(qiang)修隊接(jie)到(dao)中(zhong)控(kong)指令并進行搶(qiang)修崗位AB角轉換,現場(chang)確(que)認情(qing)況,逐級反(fan)饋(kui)落實,緊急(ji)搶(qiang)修清洗板(ban)換,信(xin)息發(fa)布,搶(qiang)修結(jie)束,信(xin)息反(fan)饋(kui)、逐步(bu)恢復正常供(gong)(gong)熱(re),演練(lian)點評,整個演練(lian)過(guo)程用(yong)時約(yue)2小時。

通過此次供(gong)(gong)熱應急演練的(de)有效開展,增強(qiang)一線員(yuan)工(gong)應對險(xian)情的(de)思想、能(neng)力、措施(shi),在確(que)保(bao)安(an)全的(de)前(qian)提下,切實(shi)抓好供(gong)(gong)熱應急搶(qiang)修工(gong)作。今后,公司將繼續發揚“實(shi)干”精神,以優質供(gong)(gong)熱、高效服務、快速搶(qiang)修, 迅速、妥善地處(chu)理各類供(gong)(gong)熱突發情況,鞏固和(he)提升用戶滿(man)意度,供(gong)(gong)優質暖、服滿(man)意務、收合規(gui)費(fei),積極打造供(gong)(gong)熱行(xing)業標桿企(qi)業。(李曉鵬 供(gong)(gong)稿)
