上午8:00,客(ke)服(fu)大(da)(da)廳人(ren)(ren)頭攢動,前(qian)來辦(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)繳(jiao)費(fei)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)的用戶(hu)有序排(pai)起長隊(dui),客(ke)服(fu)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)熟練辦(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)業(ye)(ye)務(wu),耐心(xin)(xin)解答(da)用戶(hu)提(ti)(ti)出的問題。為(wei)方便(bian)用戶(hu)辦(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)業(ye)(ye)務(wu),石島(dao)水發(fa)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)多措并舉,全力做(zuo)好用戶(hu)取暖(nuan)費(fei)收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)工(gong)(gong)作。一(yi)是公司提(ti)(ti)前(qian)組織員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)培訓,重點培訓供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)政(zheng)(zheng)策、業(ye)(ye)務(wu)辦(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)流程(cheng)、供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)常識、收(shou)(shou)費(fei)系統操(cao)作、熱(re)(re)(re)(re)線(xian)電話接聽技巧、服(fu)務(wu)禮儀等(deng)內(nei)容,提(ti)(ti)高員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)技能水平,提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)整體業(ye)(ye)務(wu)辦(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)效率,同時(shi),為(wei)方便(bian)用戶(hu)了解相關信息,公司印刷了供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)宣傳資料,放(fang)置在各個業(ye)(ye)務(wu)辦(ban)(ban)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)窗口(kou),以便(bian)用戶(hu)隨時(shi)取閱。二是客(ke)服(fu)部通過趕大(da)(da)集(ji)宣傳、小區走訪等(deng)形式,先(xian)后開展(zhan)多次(ci)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)宣傳活動,發(fa)放(fang)《威海(hai)市供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)辦(ban)(ban)法》、《安全用暖(nuan)手冊(ce)》、《供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)繳(jiao)費(fei)卡(ka)使用宣傳單(dan)》,就用戶(hu)關心(xin)(xin)的供(gong)暖(nuan)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)點問題進(jin)行宣傳講解,努力取得用戶(hu)對供(gong)暖(nuan)服(fu)務(wu)和(he)收(shou)(shou)費(fei)工(gong)(gong)作的認可和(he)支持(chi)。三是拓(tuo)寬繳(jiao)費(fei)渠道,用戶(hu)可通過供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)客(ke)服(fu)中心(xin)(xin)、行政(zheng)(zheng)審批中心(xin)(xin)服(fu)務(wu)窗口(kou)、農村商業(ye)(ye)銀行APP、微(wei)信、支付(fu)寶等(deng)渠道繳(jiao)納取暖(nuan)費(fei),實現“線(xian)上+線(xian)下”雙渠道收(shou)(shou)費(fei),加快取暖(nuan)費(fei)收(shou)(shou)繳(jiao)進(jin)度(du),做(zuo)到“應收(shou)(shou)盡收(shou)(shou)、應收(shou)(shou)早收(shou)(shou)”。
