6S管理(li)作(zuo)為創(chuang)建標桿企業的(de)重要組(zu)成部(bu)(bu)分,榮(rong)成昊(hao)陽熱(re)電有限責(ze)任公司檢修部(bu)(bu)爭當(dang)6S管理(li)排頭(tou)兵,6S管理(li)試點先行,起到先鋒(feng)模(mo)范帶(dai)頭(tou)作(zuo)用。
一是對檢(jian)修(xiu)樓(lou)各(ge)區(qu)域進行重(zhong)新規劃分區(qu)。汽機(ji)、鍋爐(lu)、電(dian)氣、熱控各(ge)個專業設立單獨辦(ban)公室(shi),補充配置電(dian)腦和(he)辦(ban)公室(shi)桌椅,打造良好的(de)辦(ban)公環(huan)境(jing)。
二是實行(xing)定(ding)置化管理(li)。通過定(ding)置劃(hua)線、標識看板上墻,物(wu)(wu)品擺放(fang)(fang)在指定(ding)區(qu)域。庫房新上貨(huo)架(jia),工器具定(ding)置擺放(fang)(fang),節省取(qu)用(yong)(yong)時間。備品備件(jian)等(deng)物(wu)(wu)資分類歸置整齊劃(hua)一(yi)、科學合理(li),擺放(fang)(fang)井井有(you)條,貨(huo)架(jia)粘貼標牌,取(qu)用(yong)(yong)物(wu)(wu)品方便快捷。通過定(ding)置化管理(li),使辦公室(shi)、庫房、更衣室(shi)更加規范、有(you)序、可(ke)視化,節省物(wu)(wu)品取(qu)用(yong)(yong)時間,提高工作效率。
三(san)是加強(qiang)安(an)全管理培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)及(ji)(ji)技(ji)術培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)。每周(zhou)的(de)(de)安(an)全活(huo)動在檢修(xiu)部是的(de)(de)雷打不動的(de)(de)節目。在一周(zhou)緊(jin)張(zhang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作后,大家坐下來,點評本周(zhou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作情況、學習安(an)全文件、討論事故事件、分享安(an)全經(jing)驗、交流工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作心得。采用多(duo)種形式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)安(an)全演練、講座及(ji)(ji)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)等方式(shi)(shi),將“我要(yao)安(an)全”的(de)(de)理念融入(ru)大家的(de)(de)日常(chang)行為中。同時,每周(zhou)對員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進行業(ye)務技(ji)能(neng)培(pei)(pei)訓(xun),總結分享維(wei)修(xiu)經(jing)驗,提高員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)務技(ji)能(neng)水(shui)平。以“師帶(dai)徒”的(de)(de)方式(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)養新入(ru)職員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),快速提高員(yuan)(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)技(ji)能(neng)水(shui)平。
四(si)是修(xiu)訂完善部門規(gui)章(zhang)制(zhi)(zhi)度。以制(zhi)(zhi)度來約束、規(gui)范、細(xi)化(hua)、量化(hua)檢修(xiu)部工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),使檢修(xiu)部的工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)到有(you)章(zhang)可(ke)依,有(you)據可(ke)查(cha);以制(zhi)(zhi)度來保障和(he)促進檢修(xiu)部工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)安全、健康、持續發展。
五是做好圖(tu)紙資料和(he)設(she)備臺(tai)賬管(guan)理。組織各專業人員對所管(guan)轄(xia)區的設(she)備進(jin)行統計并建(jian)立設(she)備臺(tai)賬,將檢修(xiu)經(jing)歷記錄在檔,更(geng)加(jia)全面有效的掌握設(she)備健康(kang)狀況;整理圖(tu)紙資料,分類放置,節省圖(tu)紙資料取用時間、提(ti)高工作(zuo)效率。
六是(shi)加(jia)強檢(jian)修現(xian)場管理。檢(jian)修人員正(zheng)確使(shi)用安(an)全(quan)工(gong)器(qi)具(ju),正(zheng)確佩戴勞保防護用品,將工(gong)器(qi)具(ju)、物料及(ji)圖紙(zhi)資料統(tong)一放(fang)在絕(jue)緣墊上(shang)擺放(fang)整齊(qi)一目了然(ran)、取用便捷。檢(jian)修過程做到(dao)“三不落地”,檢(jian)修完畢做到(dao)“工(gong)完料凈場地清”。
干凈整潔(jie)(jie)、井然有序的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作環境是每一名員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)所(suo)希(xi)望的(de),僅僅用(yong)了幾個月的(de)時間,檢修部(bu)(bu)從最初(chu)的(de)粗放式管理到現在6S精細化(hua)管理,實現場所(suo)整潔(jie)(jie)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作高效(xiao)、行(xing)為(wei)規范、設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)安全(quan)(quan)的(de)目標(biao)。部(bu)(bu)門員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)展現出良好(hao)的(de)精神(shen)面貌,員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)素質提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng),日(ri)常行(xing)為(wei)規范,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作執行(xing)力(li)(li)明顯(xian)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)。檢修部(bu)(bu)全(quan)(quan)體員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)將繼(ji)續努力(li)(li),做好(hao)安全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,抓好(hao)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)治理,持續推進企業文化(hua)建設(she)(she)(she),全(quan)(quan)面提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)管理水平(ping),爭(zheng)創6S管理新(xin)標(biao)桿。(方銘鑠 供稿)
